设备旋转: 这里说的是设备的物理方向，不是屏幕的方向。 isGeneratingDeviceOrientationNotifications是否发送通知,假设是true，那么设备方向改变了，会发送通知UIDeviceOrientationDidChangeNotification通知 。
注意，获取方向的时候要在这两个函数之间获取
